Shipping policy

All items are shipped via Canada Post in a sturdy little box to ensure the safety of your purchase.

We ship to both Canada and the USA; however, if you are an international customer and interested in making a purchase please send a message to hello@erinellerker.com and we will be happy to arrange an individualized shipment based on your location.

Processing time

The time needed to prepare an order for shipping can vary; however, we aim to ship all purchases within 2 business days of purchase.

Estimated shipping times

Canada: 5-10 business days

United States: 7-21 business days

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

When shipping to the US, the buyer is responsible for the payment of any customs, import taxes and duties that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays that may take place do to the US customs process and cannot guarantee the quality of packaging should your purchase be inspected.
